Good En la oferta de servicios de booking dicen que se incluye el servicio de recoger en el aereopuerto, pero este servicio no lo prestan despues de las 11 pm hora en la que llegamos por retraso del avion. Todas las personas del call center de booking deben poder hablar en español; hay personas que solo hablan ingles y no ayudan. Ademas las personas que hablan español deben tener un español mas universal ya que hablan con modismos que no ayudan a entender lo que responden. la cama y almohadas son comodas.
Exceptional The hotel breakfast was very disappointing. food selection minimal with poor accommodations to account for the number of guest eating/standing in line to use a single waffle iron. We actually checked out earlier than desired that morning to get breakfast for the family before driving home. I have stayed at La Quintas before; do not recall similar issues. Hotel accommodations fit our needs; we parked and stayed and utilized the hotel transportation to take/pick up from airport.
What's hot in Irving Tx Room was hot air not working. Temperature outside was over hundred degrees. Had to move to new room at 10:00pm children was already in bed. But the new room was very cool. Lady at desk was great. Staff was very helpful

Nice clean huge rooms/breakfast suck Breakfast was a huge disappointment, no bacon,sausage or scramble eggs / no continental style breakfast /"breaded breakfast" especially when I'm always reserving rooms at Comfort Suits(best breakfast @Comfort Suits) Room very spacious/clean/ huge restroom/wood floors/nice bedding
All in all it was a good stay! When we came back to our room after being gone for an hour, there were ants on the vanity? Beds were kinda small, the pool was kinda small for all the guests that were staying there and unusually warm....it's summer it's suppose to be cold and refreshing. The room was very well kept along with the property, staff was very friendly and helpful! Good overnight stay We were not aware we had to phone the hotel to have the airport shuttle come and pick us up, so we waited uselessly for a long time and in the end, as suggested by the staff on the phone, we had to take a taxi that the hotel paid for The staff was very helpful, the room large and quiet with comfortable beds. Only a few miles from DFW Breakfast selection was ok
