Exceptional Cassandra at the reception was very friendly and helpful, we were taken to a lovely steak house which was recommended by Cassandra by these hotel bus by a very friendly bus driver and picked up by a lovely lady driver. The cleaners were efficient and friendly - we loved our stay in your hotel
Great for youth trips --- I booked 5 rooms for a youth retreat that I organized everyone was super nice and alway makeing sure that we were fine we got stuck in traffic and got there to like 9:30 and they were super kind and left the pool open for us till 10:30 so that we could swim for a bit then we ordered pizza and since it was about 20 of us Ashley let us have dinner in the breakfast area and even offered plates and cups for us...all the rooms were very clean and nice I would 100% book more stays not just for my church e... read more
Pleasant, quiet and close to the airport The heating and cooling in room 325 was hard to control. The shuttle driver was polite and prompt. The facility was clean and comfortable. The price was good for the value.
