Good stay and very pleasant. The view of my room - wanted to look out into the garden terrace area where the pool was. THE location, And free breakfast And pool and hot tub.
Good We arrive very early and even thought the room was not ready they invite us to have breakfast! Really nice. (Coffe, regular tea, yogurt, cereals, fruit like apples and bananas, muffins, toasts and bagels and waffles!)
Might stay again, not sure Had problems opening pool gate. After asking, the front desk clerk said she would get help from maintenance. After standing in the lobby 10 minutes in full view and no follow-up, I sought out maintenance myself for assistance. Once we got to the pool, I had to go back and ask for towels, as they were not stocked outside. I really expected more customer service, but maybe it was a rough morning for her? Location was close to the airport and the room was great!
Exceptional No refrigerator in room. Breakfast offerings could be expanded. Location was great. Room was perfect
won't go back the phone from dfw to la quinta did not work, hadn't for some time and they knew but did not fix it. Their shuttle stops an hour to two before the hotels around them and we had to phone another location, have them call the hotel for us and then call the secondary location for the information while standing in the rain for a half hour. I will not book with la quinta again. the bed was nice, the price was good, the staff was friendly
Great stay. Would stay again. Hot water needed to be hotter. Didn’t eat there but Rooms were clean and comfy. Hot water was only warm and we like hot showers so that wasn’t good.
