Casi perfecta estancia! Solo algo que le pasó a la señora de la recepción . Cuando nos registramos nos dio la tarjeta de nuestro cuarto y anotó 112 y nos dirijimos allí y la tarjeta abrió la puerta pero está habitación estaba ocupada y la persona quedó sorprendida al igual Yo. Deben tener el sistema pertinente para detectar que cuartos están libres y no permitir este error. Could be better. The hairdryer has broken I called the receptionist ask for help she asked me to wait never called back I went to the reception asked again she did the same said will call someone never came back. Safe place comfortable clean.

Hotel excelente excepto shuttle El shuttle service. El van muy viejo y sucio. No digamos el driver. Otros hoteles tienen una flota de van nueva. Con drivers uniformados. Esta es la primer cara a su hotel. Deben de mejorar esto y hacer el pick up mas eficiente. Tuve que esperar casi una hora para un llegara. Me había hospedado en este hotel en abril del 2023 y estaba bastante deteriorado. Me alegro mucho regresar y verlo completamente renovado. Mis felicitaciones!
