Cero empatía con el huésped 1) Recepción: llegamos de noche y la recepcionista estaba mirando televisión y nos atendió apurada y con pocas ganas. 2)Reformas:mucha gente trabajando yendo y viniendo y haciendo ruidos. 3)La recepcionista nos indicó el Desayuno hasta las 10 am y bajamos 9.20 con mi marido e hija de dos años y nos dijeron que era hasta las nueve!!!!! Fantastic room, horrible reception hall. If you come from the Union Central Station, impossible to identify the hotel, from outside. The arquitech that design the hall of reception should be immediatly fire because, day but particularly at night, it is so ugly with bad lighting. Totally incompatible with the quality of the room. And Dallas has the head quarter of La Quinta Inn. The interior designer chief that resign. It gives a very very bad impression of the hotel.
