A convenient place to stay if you aren’t looking for any bells and whistles A little dated and run down. We asked for a walk in shower and two beds but got a disability room with one queen bed. Only one side table so very awkward for one person we had to use a chair to put our phone and personal stuff next to the bed at night. Right next to a train station so very noisy. The staff were very nice and breakfast was good. The location was great and walking distance to centre of city

It was a good adventure to Dallas. Ice machine on our floor was out of order, had to go to another floor for ice. Room was small and cramped. Clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Exceptional Staff was so friendly and accommodating and made us so welcome and was happy to assist 24 hours breakfast was good also
