Exceptional Not that we would worry about the security inside the hotel... but it would just have been nice to have a safe in the room for our use, to lock personal items we would rather not carry with us...just something I have a habit of doing. We came to Dallas for a two day Music Festival at the American Airlines Arena. As we walk often, the distance to the arena was just a pleasant mile or so away. Pleasant There wasn't any attendant at the front desk upon arrival. And asked the car valet if he knew where front desk person was he said maybe the bathroom. Another person wanted to purchase snacks. And another couple arrived as well waited while to check in. It was longest ever waited in lobby at a hotel for front desk.
