Good My room was exceptionally cold, And the head wasn't working.. The clerk from the front desk had to give us additional blankets and reset our heater, unfortunately now my nose is running The facility was clean
Great stay The ice machine on the fourth floor gave me dirty ice. Sometime the toilets don't flush so well. Tough sometimes to get the front desk, the reservationist hung up on me. Staff is always great. Really like this hotel.
