Cleaning staff will accuse you of smoking in the room, protect yourself. The front desk accused my husband and I of smoking in the room and wouldn't give the deposit back. I let her know that I have video of the room and there's no evidence of smoke and she eventually gave it back. I felt like this was a scheme to keep guest deposits by having cleaning staff say it smells like smoke in the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
