Exceptional The deposit hold could have been made more clearer -i had a credit card I could have used. Its day 4 and the hold is still on and i cannot pay my rent :). Other than that, i had a good stay.

The facilities were adequate. Front desk was slow to for check in. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean

Property was great, would stay again. 1- There was construction around the hotel that got my GPS lost for a few minutes, would have been nice if we had a heads-up before hand. 2- Staff could be trained to handle specific situations better... I was using an international issued credit card. The lady at the front desk kept telling me there is no funds, transaction didn't go through..I insisted that's not the issue, she insisted it was..I had to call my bank abroad in the middle of the night after a 17 hour flight when I was ex... read more
