Hotel was nice, breakfast was good but I did not appreciate the check in policy. When we were checking in we were told we could only use a credit card with a chip reader. This was unexpected because nowhere in any of the booking policies does it say they will only accept cards with a chip. We have 3 cards but none of them have a chip. I had to use the ATM at the hotel to withdraw cash plus incur the $3.50 ATM fee to check into our room. While we were out shopping I received a possible fraud alert for my card.
