muy buen servicio Es un hotel para no fumadores, sin embargo el cuarto que me dieron la primera noche olía mucho a cigarrillo. a la mañana siguiente solicité cambio de cuarto y en 10 minutos me solucionaron el problema. Muy buen servicio, solucionaron prontamente los inconvenientes que tuve.

Good The cleaning staff was extremely noisy and parked their carts in the hallways where it made it difficult to manage getting through. While they cleaned the adjoining room on the morning we were to check out, they made it difficult to sleep in because it sounded like they were destroying the room. The noise was awful. Front desk staff was nice enough but didn’t seem concerned when they were informed of the cleaning staff’s deficiencies. Property was easy to access and building was well maintained and clean. Exceptional The staff is courteous and helpful. It's very clean the bed is comfortable and love how many pillows I got
Simple hotel for a comfortable rest. The morning staff were a lot busier and couldn't give the quality guest attention desired. For instance, we had to wait about 8-10 minutes for the front desk clerk to complete tasks at the nearby continental breakfast. I simply wish she would have glance over to me staring at her from front desk to give a quick assurance that I'd be attended to shortly.
