Great staff and facilities I didn't like the fact that the air conditioner and the refrigerator were off when I got to the room at 11:30 p.m. The staff were super nice and helpful

will stay again the bed and pillows are too soft for me, I have a bad back so it was a little uncomfortable but I enjoyed the stay everything was great

Good The phone was literally broken, and there was no case on it - all the buttons were exposed, and it was dirty. The remote didn't have a plastic sleeve. The lighting was bad. Deep cleaning is needed. The mini-fridge was nasty, the bathroom had mold in the crevices, and the curtains were filthy and stained. When the air turned on, it smelled old and stale - by the last night, we developed soar throats because of it.. Facilities were largely quiet and smelled clean when you walked into the hotel.
