Wonderful The building has very poor sound insulation, you can hear every car, about trucks I better say nothing. Even on third floor. Breakfast was OK
Budgetfriendly , close to the city and friendly staff. location was very convenient and the staff were really friendly.

Very Good Public facilities weren’t clean and elevator was out of date for service. Truly a great find in the Dallas area. 15-20 mins from Fair Park and convenient. Fits expectations for the pricing.
