They are a one-star at best. The hotel is dirty. They are in the process of renovations, but they make little to no effort to clean. The first room they tried to put us in was DIRTY! It had stuff left in the drawers and smelled horrible. The second room was much better but was not completely finished. Bathroom plugs didn't work, and the room was dark. BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!!!! BLACK MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place needs to be condemned and HAZMAT decontaminated! Soiled sheets and towels left in the closet w/ door open. Bathroom and Bathtub not cleaned and floor falling apart. I asked for another a room and it was no better. I had to leave to find a healthy, clean hotel. La Quinta has neglected my complaint and request for a refund and reimbursement due to unhealthy conditions. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE SELF RESPECT & LOVE YOUR FAMILY.

Good morning! Sadly, we are moving from Mesquite to North Carolina so we had to stay at a local hotel in the area. We chose La Quinta, which is normally a good choice! However, this particular property was in the middle of a remodel, and the rooms were archaic. The bathtub was full of rust and stains. Therefore we declined to even get in there. This used to be a decent hotel. First, I noticed the toilet seat was loose, and there was mold in my restroom. My bed had hair all over one side. I'm not sure if it was pubic hairs on dog hair. Long store short, this used to be a nice hotel, but whomever runs this place now needs to be TERMINATED. There's no parking with remodeling going on.

I literally travel the country and leave reviews where ever I stay and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting and I don't know why the health department hasn't condemned this place. Cockroaches, floor cutting your feet, filth everywhere, exposed electrical switches, mold. All the other reviews and pictures are absolutely what my room looked like. Don't waste your money. JUST KEEP DRIVING! As for the response from the manager, I reserved three rooms at your hotel.
