Adaquate, could have been better, staff could have been more friendly and helpful. breakfast could have been better, coffee pots were empty, hot water for tea had a coffee taste.

Could have been a 5. The first day we didn't get our room serviced, maybe because they have a confusing policy. If you want to reuse the towels, must hang the do not disturb sign. In that case neither, the towels get changed nor the bed and bathroom get cleaned. Having a fridge and microwave, bathroom looks new, nice bed and linens.
