we will be back property was clean, staff was courteous and friendly, located close to food shopping etc but far enough away for it to be quiet

Very pleasant stay. Maybe less expensive. More breakfast options. Brand new building was excellently laid out, rooms were very spacious and clean. Good breakfast also.
