This hotel was absolutely fabulous! We had a wonderful experience from booking to checking in and to checking out! Upon arrival, I called and talked to Marissa about their pet rate. She was extremely helpful and informative about their pet policy, pet fee, and information about the hotel. We were coming in from Houston and pulled in. My cousin went in to get the room and the key and came out. We loaded the cart with our belongs. As my cousin and I walked the receptionist instantly had an attitude and proceeded to ask my cousin weird questions about why she needed a double bed. She also asked did we have pets when we walk in with nothing but suitcases and bags. We made it the room and the room key didn’t work properly but we made it in. Shay, the night clerk at the front desk, made our stay! She was so welcoming to us and our dog after a very long drive. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. There were several hot and cold breakfast choices.

Didn't know what to think at first. Lady that helped me check in was in a foul mood. I laughed it off as some young kid. But she came in the next day in a great mood. This was one of the best stays on my trip. Highy recommended this hotel! Breakfasts were awesome.

I'm leaving a one star review due to the fact house keeping started knocking on my room door around 8 a.m and didn't stop until I decided to checkout early which checkout time isn't until 11a.m That is extremely disturbing and disrespectful!!! I have stayed here at this hotel multiple when I'm in town for business meetings.
