Awesome I try to stay at this hotel whenever I have to come to Plano. It's a nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and I can bring my dog with me.

Great stay for short business trip. Outlets in the bathroom did not work. A/C and refrigerator were quite loud at nighttime. One day there was no water in the bathroom with a very sulfuric smell from the sink. It was back on an hour later. Ashok at the front desk was a delight. And George was quick to get another hair dryer up to me. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff attended to my needs immediately when I asked for clean blankets. There was cat/dog hair on the blankets. I kept sneezing from the cat/dog hair & dust on the rugs. The rugs need to be vacuumed more often. Also, if you accept pets, the blankets should be washed for new customers (some people are allergic to animal fur). I never ate breakfast there since it was only muffins etc. Available. However, the location was excellent. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from.
