Exceptional I'd be arrived late so i called the hotel and explained the situation, the women on the phone was very understanding said, she'd leave a note for next shift. As I got to the hotel the gentleman working front desk was extremely inviting, not irritated at all explained everything so well on how we'd have to check in since it was late. Went over and beyond to get us going and up to our room Very inviting and had some on his face even at 12am

Plano stay Sept 2020 Not having breakfast because of COVID. Everything else was great. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet area. Close to where I needed to go.
Great Value and a Truly Safe Place to Stay Nothing I can think of. There was no breakfast service but a coffee pot and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast service will be resumed after the pandemic and it's reasonable that they aren't offering it at this time. We have stayed many times at this La Quinta in Plano. It was the last hotel we stayed at before the pandemic - we have been self isolated for about 7 months. So it was very fitting for us to choose La Quinta Plano as the first hotel we would stay at. Can't wait to come back! That there wasn't a breakfast but totally understand why. We also didnt like that there wasnt more cable channels like Travel Channel etc. I will continue to stay here! EVERYTHING! The staff was on top of things when there were items not in the room (remote to tv was gone). I also loved having a grab bar in the bath tub. Made it so much easier for me to get out (recovering from knee surgery) of the bath tub.
