Hotwire puts this a 3.5- more like a 2 star. It is very clean- fabulous location. Outstanding staff. Rooms are budget-ikea-ish but perfect for no frills business hotel.

Very nice hotel! More than I expected! Superb! This was the best hotel stay I've ever had. The room was clean, the staff was nice and the room was nice and neat with clean linen everytime I returned. This was a steal for the price and I plan on staying here EVERYTIME I go to Dallas.

I stayed here two nights. It is very clean and seems to be the newest iteration of the brand. A nice feature was that there were several doors around the perimeter that you could access with your room key to get into the hotel. We were at the end so it helped to have a door near the room. Sounds travel in the hotel and I think if the hotel were full we would have heard more noise. The hotel wasn't very full, though. This hotel uses thermostats in the rooms that have motion sensors. I'm not sure how this works overnight but the room was really warm in the morning. The major drawback for me was that there is no wireless internet available in the rooms. They provide a free wired connection but if you cannot plug the cable in your out of luck. There is wifi in the lobby. They do not have a computer with printer for guest use, but they will print boarding passes or directions at the desk if you ask.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly. The only thing I would like to suggest is maybe a small hot selection such as sausage and eggs on breakfast.. I recently stayed in a Best Western in Texarkana and they had sausage and egg omlets (premade I am sure) and it just made my day. I bragged and told my husband how impressed I was. Everything else at the hotel was perfect Donna

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days while visiting family in the area. This property is right next door to the iHOP. Check-in was fast and we were in our room in no time. The bedroom furnishing was updated and there was a long table where up to 3 people can work on their laptops if need be. The bed and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean upon arrival with average toiletries. There is a fitness center and a pool, although we did not use it. Continental breakfast is available, but we did not take advantage of it, preferring to sleep in instead. The property location was convenient and stores/shopping centers were nearby. We would stay here again!

This is a renovated hotel. It's not one of the new LaQuintas but very good nonetheless. Location was great considering my appointment was nearby. Internet was wired not wireless. I am not giving it a top rating because the shower would back up quickly so you are showering in standing water up to your ankles. The shower is very important to me and I have to say this one was a serious disappointment.
