Great value for money Pros: Staff, cleanliness, comfort Cons: The option of hotter shower water Very well mannered, kind and helpful staff. After having extended our stay by a night, that next day we found out that a winter storm was going to be coming in to the area. We decided that we had to leave ASAP and cancelled that last night. There was no charge or hassle. Cristina just cancelled it and we were off! Another plus, especially with the bad weather we had while there, is that there is an IHOP just across the hotel parking lot. We ate there for the two mornings that being out on the roads was too dangerous. (And their menu has greatly improved since I was last there many years ago.) The room was perfectly clean, the beds comfortable, a coffee maker in the room. The only complaint my husband had was that the water for his shower never got as warm as he likes. For me it was fine - I don't do extremely hot showers. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Plano area.

Don't get room by exit, hear door slammed all day Front desk is great but need more noise control. Hear kids running around, door slammed, toilet flushing etc.

Perfect Business Stay Pros: All the front desk stay had great personality and made you feel like they were genuinely interested and assuring a great stay at their hotel. I was here for business and booked this hotel based on reviews I read, that said it was terrific for business, And it is. Not a complaint.

Pleasantly surprised Pros: Spacious and attractively designed, personal attention to cleanliness Cons: A small fridge and microwave in room; booked a king but was given two doubles. Location: IHOP and Denny's Just stayed over one night to visit family in the area

Great experience Recently stayed at this hotel based on it's great price and convenient location to Carollton/Plano. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and very clean hotel room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in this area.

The Inn was satisfactory. The staff was very good. Pros: The friendly staff was wonderful and made us feel welcomed. Cons: Number beds would be very helpful. That way guests could have a soft bed or firm. As it was the bed was too soft for me and too firm for my wife. We only stayed one night. The location was convenient and easy to get to the Church we were visiting.

good hotel. nice personnel The bed was comfortable and fell asleep quickly. Breakfast was so-so as there was no hot eggs, bacon, sausage or potatoes. The desk receptionist was nice. I didnt find out that i could swim at Fairfield Hotel until it was too late.

It was actually a great experience, breakfast in the morning had self-made waffles. This was surprising since IHOP is right next door. Everything tasted great and the staff is very hospitable! The room staff clean very well and are so proud the sign their work. This is a great hotel!
