All in all I would stay Again. The original check-in clerk was dry and unfriendly and unknowledglable and she was the one I asked to ensure my card I reserved the room with got removed and replaced with the correct cc I wanted charged for the stay. It was roomy for the price and clean. They charged me on 2 different credit cards, so I had to call and get that straightened out but the stay was itself was good.
Sucks The location was close A refund of my funds the hotel was willing but declined to do so since I booked on line with booking . Com it had a smell and the loud vaccuning I checked in at 9:30 and was out at noon I feel my cRd should not have been charged since I didn't get to stay and get any rest after driving in trim Oklahoma
Exceptional The breakfast wasn't impressive. I liked that it was pet friendly.
Good value! Blah breakfast buffet with over-boiled eggs, white bread only, and no butter (only spray margarine). Clean and bright room, excellent location near businesses, restaurants and shopping in Plano and great access to the highway system.
