Pleasant One elevator out of order. Both elevators had been vandalized. Room was fine. Toliet way to low to floor, even for my short wife. Air conditioner noisy, though it cooled the room.
Very Good Mattress and bed linens were rather tired and worn. The elevator was slow and seemed to be in need of maintenance. The toilet design was unpleasant - water in bowl is very high such that a user might find anatomical parts taking a dip. Our room was spacious, clean and provided with nice furnishings - 3 comfortable chairs. It was also very quiet. The entrance lobby is attractive.

Amazing Customer Service! The bed was a little too firm for my taste. That is just a preferential thing, though, not really a negative. The staff was amazing and had the best customer service. The room was great and the AC was just right. Definitely will book here again.
