Zimmer und Badezimmer gross, modern, komfortabel. Frühstück im Garten neben dem Pool! Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren beide gross, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Mehrere gute Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten. Im Badezimmer gab es sogar statt des sonst meist üblichen Duschvorhangs eine Dusche mit Glastür. Das Frühstück war wie erwartet und konnte sogar neben dem Pool im Freien gegessen werden. Außerdem gab es Zitronenwasser den ganzen Tag über gratis.
Exceptional Coffee was just dumped out and sometimes people up late for a reason. They want Coffee and there wasn't any. It's hard to drive to a store once settled in after driving 24 hours m
Exceptional Nada! The overall customer service is commendable. The proximity to medical facilities is a plus. This hotel is very pet friendly and guests with pets are very courteous re their pets.
Stay was FAIR… Checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday… Room was never cleaned …. Towels were never replaced… Trash was never changed …… Housekeeping seemed to have been inconvenienced when I asked her for a trash bag so I could empty trash cans in the room….I don’t expect the rooms to be cleaned everyday from top to bottom but at least housekeeping can empty trash and replace used towels if not every day then every other day. Absolutely love the “Lemon-Lime” water that is set out daily for guests….
