Exceptional Staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The location was perfect for my stay and where I needed to be the next day. My room was very spacious and clean - would defiantly stay here again.

The staff and location great. The facilities need a few upgrades, especially the floors. The carpet in rooms and hallways was old, ugly and should have been replaced. Also, my room door didn't close all the way unless you pulled it hard and housekeeping left my room unlocked one day by not slamming the door shut all the way. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sehr neues Hotel in guter und sicherer Umgebung. Relative neues Gebäude, große Zimmer, viele kostenlose Parkplätze, sehr sauber. 30 Minuten bis Dallas, 60 Minuten bis Fort Worth.

Very Good
Chilliin in Plano I do not like that trash can at the back door which has all the Flys. It's because of the cans of soda that people throw away. The location is good for anyone needing to hop on and off of the freeways as well as shopping and dining is close.
