Judging by the reviews I was honestly pretty skeptical about staying here but it was lovely. Clean, cool, comfortable room. Great water pressure in the shower. Great location. Excellent customer service from Ana at the front desk. Great housekeeping, everything always cleaned and restocked. It’s a roadside motel, so it’s not the ritz 🤣 but it’s a comfortable stay.

Had a very bad experience here. Stayed here with a road crew for 2 weeks, black mold in the rooms especially around the ac units, was blowing the particles in the air the whole time, by the time we noticed, made the GM aware, no one ever came to at least clean that up right away. Nose throat irritations after all that time…Roaches as big as a thumb in all our rooms and wasps coming in thru the cracks between the wall and AC units. My daughter who is a young mother of two with one child on the way, recently booked a hotel through an agency at this location to celebrate my granddaughter's seventh birthday. Upon arriving at the hotel, checking in and entering the room she and her family immediately noticed and filmed a roach on the floor. My daughter immediately notified the front desk and left the hotel in a matter of minutes. She was told to get a refund she would have to speak to a manager the following Monday. Upon arrival, I was told I could not park my trailer and truck in the parking lot. They instructed me I had to park in the field. When I approached the field, I called one of my employees who was in the reception area and asked to confirm they wanted me to park in the field because I had concerns with the rain. They said if we parked in the lot and they need a parking space I would be woken up and told to move my truck. This is by far my NEW FAVORITE HOTEL !! It has been so nice and pleasant that i just keep extending my stay..but got to get back to work soon. It is always a HIT and MISS with a new HOTEL..but it all started w ANA who was super nice when I first called ...she provided me w EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! ...and hats off to JP and Katrina also. At any rate if you are looking for an AMAZING stay somewhere DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP !!
