Wonderful We requested & reserved a downstairs room & got a confirmation number. When I called the hotel 2 days before to verify our reservations & a downstairs - 1st floor room - They were not able to do so because there were several VIP's that came in & all 1st floors had been reserved ..
great place 1st time staying at a quinta,, look forward to tryingthem again everything,, great breakfast options, great bed, pleanty of pillows
