Exceptional Did only issue was the shower .Low water pressure in shower. Front office was kind and caring. Room was cleaned and bed was comfortable.

Very Good The young man at check in was not friendly never smiled and never explained my cost to me for the room I booked ahead of time and requested an early check in (12noon) after driving 6hrs tired and sleepy we had to wait 2 hours outside your parking lot in our vehicle for an early check in. When I booked the room the cost of the room was $129 online when I checked in he never explained to me that I would pay more and would be refunded at check out until I seen the charge on my card I left my room and went back downsta... read more

Met expectations The young man at the front desk yesterday as well as this morning was extremely rude. When asked to give change acted as if we were bothering him while he was watching something. No matter how nice we were he would not act professional and cordial. This was the second encounter and does not like his job obviously. He would be better served working where there is no interaction with the public. Bed was great, coffee great, property great.
