Not as good as previous facilities. room not cleaned in four five days. Washer did not work. Breakfast great

Good It has recently been updated and while the intent of the rooms is good with tile, carpet, etc, the craftsmanship from who they hired wasn’t that great and you could tell it was a remodel job in the room. Good location and good price with friendly staff.

Super cozy king suite This motel has a ton of renovations going on atm. Because of this some things were not working properly or taped off. The biggest issue was that if you needed the elevator on the second floor, you had to call down to the front desk and have them send it. The a/c was not working properly in our room so we were upgraded to the kind with pull-out couch. The bed was amazing. So comfy. No bad smells in this room. Great ac. Loved it.
My stay was fine and got what I paid for, for the most part. While I appreciated the ability to schedule my room housekeeping, the 2nd time I scheduled, they did not read the date correctly and cleaned and vacuumed my room while my cat was there. All I got was a "sorry". My TV went out and it was 24 hours before it was determined that the TV was bad and finally replaced. Very Good
Good The elevator was just 1 as the other was not functioning. This made traffic delayed and we had to wait longer than usual The bed was really comfortable and the room ambiance was good
Good We had a cock roach soon as we got in, there was no soap, and no sheets or cover for the sofa bed. Had a few stains on toilet. I like how it was exceptional with the cleaning I guess. I like the two TVs in the suite.

Pleasant Rooms were small for 2beds. It was my mistake for not reading everything and booking it. We had a very long day and just wanted some good sleep which was not the case because of the barking dog at midnight & very early morning. But it was very clean and comfortable. It was very clean.
