Stay was tolerable in spite of noted shortcomings and TERRIBLE traffic in the area. No juices for breakfast 2 days in a row & no jellies for biscuits. Bench seating no support - sit way too low for eating. Bathroom pitch black at night. Need night light. Only 2 valet carts for large hotel; had to make 2 trips with luggage. Need better lighting at the coffee/TV area in the room. Breakfast was typical LaQuinta. Like that they have biscuits and gravy. Use gravy to flavor blah eggs. Room was comfortable albeit overpriced. Very good. Please put the second waffle machine. It is so long time to make them especially if somebody no adequate occupied it. The floor in the room is not covered with carpet. It helps to have a good smell in the room

Dear Julia, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am curious if your room was on the 1st floor, if so, all of our 1st floor rooms are hardwood flooring. The rest of our floors, 2nd,3rd & 4th are all carpet. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. As for the waffle machines, we did have some issues with the machines but I am happy to report the company has fixed both of the irons and are out back for our guests. Awesome Having to make an appointment to sit in the hot tub or use the pool. I'm over this new part of our world. Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
