One morning no hot water in room; eventually got warm after running it for 10 minutes; probable hot water loop circulation pump failure; could hear impeller slipping but noise confined to bathroom. Room key cards only worked the first day; they blamed the cards, but obvious to me that it was human incompetence as cards were not carried near a cell phone and on two different people. Exceptional The pool room was very steamy had a bleach smell kid's came out with a bad cough Bed was very good clean very comfortable

I've had better from this hotel. At the time of our stay we had gotten in around midnight and didn't get to sleep until 1. At 6:30 a lady who was with a big group of band kids banged on our door 3 times before I realized she was banging on our door (I thought she was just banging very loud on the door next to us or across from us which I knew was the right room) and answered she realized I was not with her group and apologized but around 7:20 the same lady banged on our door 2 times I opened the door and she immediately told... read more
Awesome I could smell smoke in my no-smoking room. Kind people and nice place. I would go back again and again. The Reception Desk Employees are very kind. A Gentle man who works the afternoon to evening shift was particularly very kind and helpful. I believe his name is Jack
