When we arrived at DIA I called the hotel for instructions to catch the shuttle, 4 calls 3 times just no answer then someone asked me to hold but after about 15 minutes on hold we just got into a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel they just so happened to be on the phone giving instructions for the shuttle (it does not say "la quinta" fyi). I'd suggest pre recording the shuttle instructions so when someone calls they can just press 6 or whatever because that was rough. Stayed at the LaQuinta by the Denver Airport. Nice rooms but Jaycee and Shannon were great. I had a mix up with my reservation and they went beyond to help me straighten it out. I will always stay here when needing a room by the Denver Airport
