Very Good We booked specifically for the indoor pool, it was broken. Booked a suite with a sofa, got a desk instead. No info about parking in your lot from staff upon check in. Location and shuttle

Did the job This comment goes for 99% of American hotels - don't use so much single use plates, cups and cutlery, learn how to recycle. (or even wash up!) Flew in from the UK so this was an overnight stop at the airport. The check-in was quick and easy and the staff very efficient. The room was comfy and clean and the air con worked fine. The shuttle bus from the airport was waiting for us (luck not judgement) and then got us back to the airport the following morning to collect our hire car.
