Pleasant Sent emails about checking in but not pool not being open. I had called to check and was told it would be. Things break anf i get that but attitude of stafc not appreciated and am email should have been sent. Door difficult to open and some mold in tub. Room and bed comfortable. Hotel itself nice. Pool would have been nice if working.
