Exceptional great room, friendly staff

Very Good Had problems with TV. We lost tv around 9:30 and could not reach anyone to help us si we just went to bed.
Great hotel, pet friendly. The pool room was out of towels when we swam (late in the day) but the desk worker gave us the towels when we asked. The location was near lots of restaurants and several gas stations on the east side of the city. We had our dog with us and there are several pet friendly and pet specific places to take pets. Jeff at the desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed with a good air conditioner. We slept well!
A lovely place to rest after a long series of flights. Breakfast could have been better but signage indicated it was due to current health regulations and they would typically offer better options. The outside courtyard was a little oasis to relax in after traveling all night. Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating to an early check in. Nice fitness space and pool space.
Very clean and polite. They were having trouble with the internet. Television was messing up. Room very clean, comfortable, and quiet even being by the airport.
