This girl needs to go The girl at the front desk was not only rude but had no idea what was going on! she did not let anybody know when the shuttle was coming. there was an elderly couple in front of me that was waiting for the shuttle. she was so rude to them, I couldn't believe it. She literally told them it was thier fault they didn't recognize the shuttle driver.... and that they were going to have to sit and wait for the next one! I'd choose a different option The room looked very tired. Details like paint scuffs, broken knob on interior bathroom door, lamp by bedside didn't work. Sufficient but not a great stay. When leaving for the airport at 5am, 4 Denver PD officers was in the hallway by my door.. Not a property I'll be visiting again. Location
Bad I hated everything about the place. For starters, the key cards didn't work half of the time, so we would call the office and they would come. Then, the handle on the door would fall off. We arrived on a Saturday and room service didn't show up until Wednesday. So by that point, we already had no more toilet paper and all the towels were dirty. Dissatisfied tired family The photos didn't show the room we stayed in. We stayed in a king suite but there was so much that needed fixed. The shower looked awful. The wall was cracked, the handle bars were missing, there was no grip on the floor so my husband slipped and almost fell. The door was missing and replaced with a shower curtain. The room smelled musty. The floors had dirt in the corners that looks like it hadn't been cleaned up in a really long time and the bedding had yellow stains. The breakfast was eh. No contest Everything else. The mattress on the bed
Not the best stay. Wouldn’t do it again. Limited snacks in the market, tv(s) did not work, WiFi was very slow, air conditioner was very cold, turned it off, then turned back on only to start smoking and set off the alarms. Front desk staff moved to a new room. Location was good with shuttle service to and from the airport.
