Pleasant The first room we checked in smelled damp and the heater made a lot of noise to where we couldn't sleep. The shower handle also wasn't working. We had to switch to a different room. I also didn't appreciate that the toilet flushed super loud and you could wake up everyone if you flushed at night. The pillows are also not very comfortable.
