My husband and I stayed 3/9/2024 -3/10/2024, the place was clean and inviting parking was great. The two ladies up front, were most helpful and informative. We had to ask no questions as they were answered as we were checking in. We were told of breakfast times, pool location and that the side entrances were down for a bit and to be sure not to use them as they would've deactivated our room keys. the only good part about this stay was the location. upon first arrival, the lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. we waited for a few minutes for the elevator but it did not come, we told the lady at the front and she did not care even though there was no sign showing that it was broken. our key cards did not work the first time we tried to get in, it took about five minutes of trying and a shoulder check to the door to get it open. after leaving and coming back (after being locked out in the cold because the key... read more

Typically I always enjoy staying at La Quinta Hotels, but this one left me disappointed, overall. What is great is the location to DIA and the street noise was minimal. The team member that served/took care of breakfast was nice and helpful (because of this employee the service rating is 2 instead of lower). I will say that breakfast was also well laid out and fulfilling. You can choose one large waffle or four mini waffles; with regular or sugar free syrup. Shuttle took longer than expected to pickup from airport, room was below par by far. The room was not as clean, holes in sheets, mold in the bathroom, toilet runs, only 1 washcloth, no lotion or conditioner, the holders to put body wash etc in room was missing and shower walls looked cracked, the rooms are hallow and arriving late we got no sleep due to housekeeping being so loud in the halls. Excellent customer service! The rooms are nice, it was meticulously clean, both in public areas and room. Great breakfast, huge indoor pool. Negatives are the doors. Every single one needs to have key slots cleaned out. The back security door worked for nobody we met, and we had to get new keys 4x daily for our room. Please fix this!
