Won't stay there again because of lighting in room. Harsh, blue light, way too bright. Lighting in room was too bright and that awful, harsh, cold blue tint. Lighted like an interrogation room. I needed light to read by, but lights by bed were way too bright. Shouldn't have happened.

Excellent Bed mattress is too soft to my taste, but this is subjective. Breakfast is complementary, though very basic. The hotel is going through a thorough renovation. Rooms are very nice, with free high speed WiFi.

Need to work on guest experience Front desk clerk was snotty with me at check in. Had to call front desk about other guests smoking pot in a utility closet on our floor. Breakfast area was dirty. Coffee maker in room was missing the drawer for the coffee pod.

Amazing
Very nice place, but maids do not work! Maids are lazy and ineffectual. Spent 3 nights there, maids NEVER came to our room!! I had to "steal" the pieces needed to make the small coffee maker work. THIS IS THE WORST LEVEL OF MAID SERVICE WE CAN EVER REMEMBER - ANYWHERE!! Quiet and very comfortable.
