badly overpriced for a place that needs sprucing up Place was a little tired looking. Hallways and stairways aren't vacuumed very often. Basically this motel has slid from a solid 3 stars to 2.5. Therefore $185 per night because of Parents Weekend at the university was a bit of a rip off. I think the usual price is half that. Room was fine

This is where I stay for Boulder visits. Great place for the money. Clean and comfortable.

Good Our bathroom was in need of some major work. The caulking around the tub was dirty and partially missing. The tub faucet was not properly installed and pulled away from the shower wall. The tub drained slowly. The room smelled musty. Breakfast waffle maker was crusted with old batter and a non-stick spray would have prevented this. Great location surrounded by gorgeous landscaping and nice shopping. Bed and pillows were great.
