Great place to stay, excellent breakfast. The wall paper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. The room was nice and clean and had plenty of space. The breakfast in the lobby was exceptional.

Exceptional THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE OVERLY FIRM. PUT IN FOR A WAKE UP CALL AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. DOGS BARKING DOWN THE HALL i LIKED THE LOCATION FOR OUR STAY IN LOUISVILLE.
Rough beginning, finally worked out. One manager insisted there was no down. I was having asthma. I actually had a confirmed reservation on which it stated that I am highly allergic to down and there must be no down in the room. The hotel staff said they had no such instructions, and I had asthma attacks from the down. Even when it is removed I still get asthma- the bed has to be stripped and clean sheets put on. The cleaning staff were very nice about coming in and changing the sheets when I had asthma each time late at nig... read more
