Excellent The picture showed a hot tub but there really wasn’t one. That was very disappointing

Sorry Jolene that you were not able to have a hot tub. We had to remove it for safety reasons. I had the pictures removed from the site so no one else has the same issue. I hope you will continue to stay with us in the future.

Being that we couldn’t find a place closer to Boulder, so we were very happy to have found your hote The air conditioner cutting off and on was noisy and when it turned off, the room got hot, then it would get cold when it ran Nice and clean. Great breakfast, comfortable bed.

Sorry to hear Katharine you had an issue with the A/C unit. They are designed just like the ones in your house that will adjust to the temperature you set them to and will kick off and on throughout the day to adjust. I will make sure to have my maintenance check your room to make sure there is nothing wrong with that unit. we hope you will visit us again the next time your in the Louisville area.
Very Good The amount of pets that were at the hotel. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean. Staff were pleasant.

Thank you Tim for the review. Sorry to here you had an issue with the amount of pets. We are a pet friendly hotel and will usually get guest that bring their pets with them. We place guest who do not want to be around them on the third floor as I try to keep all pets off that floor.
