Exceptional THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE OVERLY FIRM. PUT IN FOR A WAKE UP CALL AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. DOGS BARKING DOWN THE HALL i LIKED THE LOCATION FOR OUR STAY IN LOUISVILLE.
Rough beginning, finally worked out. One manager insisted there was no down. I was having asthma. I actually had a confirmed reservation on which it stated that I am highly allergic to down and there must be no down in the room. The hotel staff said they had no such instructions, and I had asthma attacks from the down. Even when it is removed I still get asthma- the bed has to be stripped and clean sheets put on. The cleaning staff were very nice about coming in and changing the sheets when I had asthma each time late at nig... read more
