Very Good Our door was hard to open, the latch was loose, and needed some maintenance. Also, the entrance we came in on the side of the building, the door was broken, so you didn't even need a key to get in! So, our safety and security was compromised...(all people staying here). It has been a nice place to stay over the years

good stay nice big room wish I could have had a bath tub or hot tub accessible cable was confusing and difficult to figure out no bath tub no hot tub nice location breakfast cool bathroom beautiful pillows

EXCELLENT staff! above average friendliness both at check in and in the morning. job well done!! stairwell was at a temp of over a hundred degrees. probably should check that out. excellent remodeling throughout.
Ben goes above and beyond to gain a customer Not much. The manager was a little abrupt but I understand that there are policies but you don't have to be rude. The gentleman named Ben went above and beyond to get us settled after a long hard day of moving. He definitely is one of the main reasons for us still staying here
