Convenient for our family event, and staff were as helpful as they coud be. Bed mattresses too soft & a bit worn down in spots. Repeated problem w/ key-cards for rms, even after heeding advice to keep cards away fr phones and electronic devices. Hallway & room wall & floor colors were too dark - grey & black - a bit gloomy and oppressive. Friendly & thoughtful staff. Clean rooms. Convenient location.
