I enjoyed the stay but paid too much extra charge for pets ($20) made this a more expensive stay than advertised on Booking. com. when close to 100% of properties in a chain does not have ANY pet charge, it is not acceptable to add on surcharges. it is a very comfortable stay

great toilets are very low it was just opened after Marshall Fire of December 30, 2021. spotless, service was great
WHAT NO TV , Ridiculous !!!! The TV, Satellite did not work. It had been down for weeks, they told me. If I was told that at the very beginning, i would have not stayed there. We had to log in with our own Netflix acct, which for me was not a easy task, since i was tired from driving from AZ, all day. Convenient to my Sons House. Bed was comfortable, and Clean. Shower was clean. Floor and left over paint splatters on it.
Exceptional That the building caught fire and couldn't retrieve my belongings or get any direction until a much later date. The staff is great, the breakfast is good and the amenities are great!
