Good experience At check in we were given a room on the top floor that was to be non-smoking. Upon opening the door, the first thing that hit us was the smell of cigarette smoke. We don't smoke so the room was not acceptable to us. We called the desk and were told to return and be assigned to another room. The room we were given on the 1st floor was not as nice as the first room but it smelled clean, so we took it. Good for the money Rooms spacious and comfortable. Our room had two double beds in a separate bedroom with a large living room with pullout couch. Each room had separate TVs. There was a micro and small fridge too. Great for traveling with larger family. Location was convenient to shopping and downtown activities. Plenty of kid friendly restaurants nearby. Pool and hot tub facility very nice. As in most older hotels, always a few maintenance issues such as slow draining tub, but all in all works good for those not wanting to... read more

Good value for the business or family traveller The decor of the hallways and rooms were fairly dated; it looks like the hotel has not been renovated in quite some time. However, the hotel was otherwise clean and well maintained. My room was particularly spacious, with an adjoining "living room" complete with a couch and second TV. If needed, it would have provided a reasonable meeting space to conduct business. Also, the hotel was only one exit south of the tech park, so was pretty handy on that front. Denver Co. June 2010 Although I was skeptical when walking through the door because of the antiquated elevators I found the room very pleasant and quiet. All the pleasures of home except for a HDTV. When asking questions of the cleaning staff they just smiled and went about their work because they didn't speak English, but they did an excellent job. The elevators didn't work one day so we had to take the stairs. We had elderly family members in our party. Very clean and very pleasant stay.

First trip to Denver Overall service at the hotel was excellent. The only problem I had was in checking out. I had to leave early to catch a plane and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. It would be convenient to add check out to the menu on the room tv menu.

South Side of Denver Good mid-range motel, showing some years of use, but overall clean and functional. The staff was very friendly and no issues with anything in the room. One A/C unit needed attention but did not impact the stay. The breakfast was fresh and the hours were set well for travelers. Would stay here again.

short stop We had a short stop in the middle of a long road trip. This hotel was right off the highway and easy to find. Everybody was courteous and efficient. The room we stayed in was above our expectations. Thanks for a great pit stop.
