The room was very nice and comfortable our stay was very pleasant all except for the cleaning service they didn’t empty our trash or ask if we needed anything.
Front desk staff were welcoming and super friendly. Close to highway. Convenient. Carpet by desk had a big spot of something and pretzels on the floor by they desk. One TV didn’t work.

Pools aren’t open, I understand it’s due to covid19 but other hotels have them open and obviously say to maintain distance which is what makes sense. They should charge less for not having breakfast or amenities open.
The room was clean but the pool was not working and that's the reason why I booked the room. My children wanted to get in the pool. This wasn't mentioned when I called them.
