We love this hotel, clean and modern. Great location. Amazing breakfast. Great service. The only thing is one man walked in off the street with a backpack, set it down next to the outside wall and proceeded to raid the breakfast area putting items into his backpack and eating as well. He wasn't overt in his actions but it could be spotted and I really wish the hotel staff would do something. I know this hotel operator does not want this. They have everything beautiful here. Great stay.
A hotel's primary obligation is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment from check-in to check-out. This includes delivering on basic, included services and amenities, such as a clean room and a full supply of fresh towels. Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was quick, and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming. The check-out was equally smooth. Room Quality: My room was clean and well-maintained. Perfect place to unwind with the family. Got a very spacious, comfortable Suite for 122$ and we were very happy! Cozy bedding, clean rooms, two TVs with the pull out couch for my 11 year old, he loved it too! 😊 The service is fast and friendly, the lobby is beautiful and looks very clean. This hotel , although not situated either right down town Denver or in the foothills was well worth the extra 15 minute drive in the tech center. Easy to find with highway access nearby to all points everywhere in the area/front range. Staff is amazing and the rooms are clean. The hotel has a wonderful manicured garden/pool/ hang out space. Coffee and free breakfast was good !
